what happens next?

the sooner you send your Loan Agreement back, the sooner you receive your money

Step 1 - We immediately send your Loan Agreement pack

You'll receive two sets of your Loan Agreement from us. The first set should arrive in a day or two and is a sample pack containing all the information about the loan and our terms and conditions. You have 7 days to read it. You can contact us during this 7 day period, but the law prevents us from contacting you. When the 7 days is up, the second set is sent and is the one you'll need to sign.

If you don't receive your first Loan Agreement pack within 3-4 days or you would like to speak to us about a query, please call your Customer Account Manager (if you’ve lost your Customer Account Manager’s direct number, just call us free on 0800 052 0202*).

Step 2 – Make sure you’ve received all the right documents

You’ll find a checklist on the inside of your pack, so please make sure you’ve got everything. Your loan documents will include your Loan Agreement and Legal Charge form, your Demands and Needs form, a Direct Debit mandate and Authority of First Mortgagee.

Step 3 – Get all the necessary documents and signatures

To confirm your loan, we just need some items of personal information, which you’ll find listed in your Personal Checklist. Simply put this, together with your signed Loan Agreement and other documents, in the pre-paid envelope we’ve provided and pop it in the post.

Step 4 – We will process your Loan Agreement immediately

You don’t have to do anything else! Once we’ve received your signed Loan Agreement, we’ll organise your money as soon as we can and pay out your loan.

One last thing – our offer is only guaranteed for a limited time so return your Loan Agreement as soon as possible. Our current typical rate is 8.5% APR variable.

A FIRSTPLUS LOAN IS SECURED ON YOUR HOME. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT
